In this workshop series, we will guide you through the steps designed to help you gain understanding, balance, and peace in your daily life.

Although you do not need to attend all five weeks of the series, you may find it accumulative and beneficial. Experience personal growth through open discussions and reflections. We will end each class with a group Reiki meditation to ground you and facilitate positive energy flow.

Session 1: Tools for Achieving Inner Harmony

Session 2: Quieting the Mind for Limitless Opportunities

• Date: May 16th, 2024
• Description: Learn how to quiet your mind so you can be more present. Discover how tapping into this higher consciousness can lead to a profound sense of harmony and alignment.

Session 3: Tapping into Higher Awareness of Energy and Frequencies

• Date: May 30th, 2024
• Description: Discover how to tap into a higher power of awareness and sensitivity to energy and frequencies for total balance and peace in your life.

Session 4: Cultivating Unconditional Self-Love

• Date: June 12th, 2024
• Description: Explore the importance of self-love and unconditional love for others in achieving a deeper sense of peace and fulfillment.

Session 5: Monitoring Progress and Staying on Track

• Date: June 26th, 2024
• Description: Learn how to monitor your progress and stay on track toward achieving total balance and harmony in your life.
