In this class you will receive the history and knowledge of Reiki. Learn about living the Reiki Principles to bring you a more heart centered life. The Attunement you will receive at the end of class will remain with you forever.
The word Reiki is from the Japanese word “Rei” which translates to “Universal Life” and “ki” which translates to “Energy”. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese healing technique that works with the energetic body and can activate the body’s natural healing processes to restore balance.
Class Objectives:
- Learn about what Reiki is, and its rich history.
- Learn about the Chakra System and how it affects your life.
- Promote balance in your physical and emotional body.
- Receive the Reiki Level 1 attunement, activating healing energy through the palms of your hands
- Learn the self-healing hand positions and how to do a Reiki treatment on yourself.
- Enhance your meditation practice and expand your spiritual awareness.
- Begin to sense and connect with your energetic body.
- Release negativity while cultivating greater peace, love, and inner harmony.
