Recharge & Restore: Experience a Group Biofield Tuning
About the Workshop:
Experience a profound shift from stress to serenity. This group Biofield Tuning session uses the physics of sound to smooth out distortions in your energy field, helping your nervous system transition from “fight-or-flight” into a restorative “rest-and-digest” state.
What to Expect:
The Opening: A brief introduction to the science and magic of Biofield Tuning.
Seating: Each participant will use a yoga mat (available at studio) unless they prefer a chair.
The Grounding: An adjustment of the Earth Star icon to anchor your energy deep into the earth.
The Relaxation: An adjustment of the Sun Star will add momentum to your Life Force flow. This reactivates the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing your mind and body into a state of profound peace.
The Journey: A focus on the root chakra, ‘combing’ through both left and right side of the field. Bringing light back to your central channel.
When biofield distortions are smoothed out, the brain stops sensing a stress threat. This triggers a shift away from the “fight-or-flight” sympathetic nervous system and activates the parasympathetic nervous system for the ability to rest and digest.
